5. SHIPPING
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Standard Shipping:
5–7 Business Days
Shipping Charge: ₹70
Express Shipping:
Up to 4 Business Days
Shipping Charge: ₹150
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Auddace is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

6. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We do NOT accept returns under any circumstances.
We do NOT provide refunds once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from before opening the sealed package is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.
If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement where applicable.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
